2. Quali dati trattiamo e perché

Dati di navigazione. Come ogni sito, i server che ospitano il sito (Aruba S.p.A.) registrano in modo automatico alcuni dati tecnici, come l'indirizzo IP, la data e l'ora della richiesta e la pagina visitata. Servono al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del sito. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6.1.f GDPR). I registri sono conservati dal fornitore per il tempo strettamente necessario.

Statistiche di utilizzo (Google Analytics 4). Solo se dai il consenso dal banner, usiamo Google Analytics per conoscere in forma aggregata come viene usato il sito (pagine viste, tempo di permanenza, tipo di dispositivo). Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), che puoi revocare in ogni momento. Le funzioni pubblicitarie e di profilazione di Google sono disattivate. Prima del consenso, nessun dato viene inviato a Google e il codice di Analytics non viene nemmeno caricato.

Contatti volontari. Se ci chiami o ci scrivi, usiamo i tuoi dati solo per risponderti e gestire la tua richiesta, ad esempio una prenotazione o un ordine a domicilio (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Il sito non ha moduli, non richiede registrazione, non ha newsletter e non effettua profilazione.

3. Con chi condividiamo i dati

I dati non sono venduti né ceduti a terzi per finalità proprie. Possono essere trattati, come responsabili del trattamento, dal fornitore di hosting (Aruba S.p.A.) e, solo con il tuo consenso, da Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC per le statistiche. Il trasferimento verso gli Stati Uniti avviene secondo le garanzie previste dal GDPR (ad esempio il EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework o le clausole contrattuali standard).

4. Collegamenti ad altri siti e caratteri tipografici

Il sito contiene collegamenti a Instagram, Facebook, Google (recensioni e Maps) e TripAdvisor. Quando li apri lasci il nostro sito e valgono le informative di quei servizi. I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul nostro sito: non facciamo richieste a Google Fonts.

Puoi chiedere in ogni momento l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione, l'opposizione al trattamento e la portabilità (artt. 15-22 GDPR), scrivendo ai recapiti del titolare. 2. What data we process and why

Browsing data. Like every website, the servers hosting this site (Aruba S.p.A.) automatically record some technical data, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request and the page visited. It is needed for the site to work and to keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Logs are kept by the provider only as long as strictly necessary.

Usage statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you give your consent in the banner, we use Google Analytics to learn in aggregate form how the site is used (pages viewed, time spent, device type). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Google's advertising and profiling features are turned off. Before consent, no data is sent to Google and the Analytics code is not even loaded.

Voluntary contact. If you call or write to us, we use your data only to reply and handle your request, for example a booking or a home delivery order (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

This site has no forms, requires no registration, has no newsletter and does no profiling.

3. Who we share data with

Data is not sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes. It may be processed, as data processors, by the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and, only with your consent, by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC for statistics. Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

4. Links to other sites and fonts

The site contains links to Instagram, Facebook, Google (reviews and Maps) and TripAdvisor. When you open them you leave our site and those services' own notices apply. Fonts are hosted on our own site: we make no requests to Google Fonts.

5. Your rights

You can at any time ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the controller. You can withdraw your cookie consent whenever you like from Cookie preferences. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
